Now CBD, a popular non-psychoactive component of cannabis and Industrial Hemp are legal in 47 states, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. Some of those states still have various restrictions.
33 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have legalized medical marijuana.
15 states and Washington DC have approved recreational/adult use marijuana.
